Oh so simple! But careful the chocolate isn´t too hot.
I saw how to do these while browsing pinterest. The instructions were in chinese but it was all quite logical. Just be careful the chocolate has cooled down before dipping the balloons in, its a right mess otherwise, trust me!
They really are easy and will never fail to impress when friends are over.
